Jeffrey (Jeff) started his own business at the age of 26. He ran the business in Maine for 10 years before relocating to Tucson, Arizona. From there he entered into the business then known as Tucson Restaurant Equipment & Service Company. While he was employed there he started a sub division known as Southwest Installations, where he traveled across the Southwest and Midwest installing commercial kitchens. On January 1, 2012 Jeffrey Markham alongside Nichole Dirks started their new business in Wheatland, Wyoming. Where they decided to begin servicing and installing HVAC/R equipment for commercial as well as residential industry. 
Some of Jeff’s hobbies include: hunting, fishing, and camping.

Born in Wheatland, Wyoming
Nichole (Nikki) upon completion of her high school career, she attended Laramie County Community College for two years. She studied for a fine arts degree. While she was in college she worked at Hobby Lobby as a certified framer and at a Tattoo business doing tattoos. In August of 2010 she relocated to Tucson, Arizona. By October of that year she started working for Southwest Installations with Jeff, installing commercial kitchens. She has been in the business ever since then. 
Her hobbies include: Drawing, painting, tattooing, hunting, fishing, and camping.
